Try a Free Class
Well done for making it this far – the hardest step is booking into your first class. Don’t worry – you don’t need to be fit for your first class, we will be there to guide you on your fitness journey every step of the way. Once you’ve made it through the door, you’ll see how welcoming the coaches and members are and how much fun fitness can be!
Your coach will be expecting you on the day and will be on hand to answer any questions you have and make sure you feel at ease. It can get quite hot during a workout so many members choose to wear shorts or leggings with a short-sleeve top or tank top, with comfortable sports shoes. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated as you work out, and a sweat towel is helpful too if you wish.
We ask our new members to arrive 15 minutes before class to give your coach a chance to show you around, introduce you to fellow members and talk through the session you’re about to do.
