What do I need to wear?
We recommend wearing fitness attire which you don’t mind getting mucky! Our classes will be situated in yorkshire, where the weather is always unpredictable, so dress accordingly to that day!
I have never been a Paddleboard before, can I still do the class?
Our classes are designed for all types of fitness levels and abilities. We have designated time in the classes to work on new skills and our coaches will be on hand to ensure everyone has fun, and get’s a tough workout
What level of difficulty is there on the Mountain Bike?
Our mountain bike classes will vary in degree of difficulty depending on the workout that day. Just like any other functional fitness class, there will be scaling options and different route’s for varying abilities, making it accessible to everyone.
Are there showers/changing facilities for after the session?
Yes, there will be shower and changing facilities on-site at Shirefit West Yorkshire. LS28 5RZ.
Do you have parking?
Yes, there will be parking on-site at Shirefit West Yorkshire. LS28 5RZ.
How long does each session last?
Each session will last 90 minutes. The sessions will consist of a warm-up, skill strength section and finish with a workout!
Do I need to bring my own Bike/Paddleboard?
All equipment is provided.
Does the class still run in bad weather?
Classes will still be running through bad weather, however alterations may be made in extreme conditions.
