Our number one priority in Junior classes is to teach your kids that exercise can be enjoyable! Our classes use a combination of CrossFit, games, and challenges to inspire our juniors to have a healthy relationship with fitness.

The last two weeks at ShireFit's Mini Juniors with the twins -- pull-ups, burpees, lunges, sit-ups, snatch, overhead squats, ground to overheads and plate jumps! Huge new skills that they're learning and loving every second of it!
