The best gym & my favourite place to be! The classes are different every day, always varied and never boring. The coaches and the people make every session fun! You can always scale the weights and movements from beginner to advanced. I joined as a CrossFit novice with a few months basic gym experience, without knowing anyone and was really welcomed into the community. For anyone thinking of trying out - give it a go, you won't regret it!
